Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of financial statements
• Interpret notes to financial statements and make necessary adjustments
• Linking Client Equity Models to sector specific financial uploader sheet
• Application of financial quality assurance checks
• Data collection
• Data punching
• Review and analyze the Balance sheet, Income statement, and cash flow statements.
• Task involves aggregating events of public companies through various disclosures like SEC filings in 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, & company sites.
• The profile deals with research and analysis of corporate actions such as Mergers& Acquisitions.
• Collect financial data, Management changes and the company descriptions from financial reports.
• Gathering information, interpreting data and presenting results.
• potential to manage a team of 3-5 in the long-run

Qualification

• Candidates with a Graduation background in commerce, finance Note: this job requires candidates working in rotational shifts.
