Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT manager to manage our IT support operations and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide both technical guidance and team leadership to ensure smooth IT operations, aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Team Building
  • Lead a team of IT engineers/technicians responsible for support, infrastructure, and systems administration.
  • Manage incident and request queues, ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Provide hands-on support for escalated technical issues.
  • Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades and changes.
  • Maintain documentation on configurations, procedures, and support materials.
  • Enforce IT security policies and contribute to compliance efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations and process automation.
  • Mentor junior team members and conduct skill-building sessions.
  • Manage asset inventory, access control, and licensing compliance.
  • Participate in IT budgeting, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to system stability.

Good to have

  • Knowledge in VAPT testing of infrastructure and web applications.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Skills

Operating Systems & Servers
  • Windows 10/11, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)

Networking

  • LAN/WAN administration, routing and switching
  • Firewall configuration (Fortinet)
  • VPN setup and troubleshooting (IPSec, SSL)
  • VLANs, network segmentation, Wi-Fi management

Cloud & Virtualization

  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Teams)
  • AWS administration, Vulnerability management and Security posture analysis of AWS / DevOps process.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus) for systems and applications.
  • Define and monitor SLOs and SLIs for the applications (e.g., Latency, Throughput, Error Rate).
  • Define and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege principles for users, and systems.
  • Set up alerts and auto-remediation playbooks

VMware vSphere environments

  • Hands on experience in troubleshooting vSphere related issues

Security

  • Endpoint protection platforms (Defender for Endpoint)
  • experience in configuring and troubleshooting ZTNA environments (Cloudflare)
  • Device / Patch management (Microsoft Intune)
  • MFA, SSO, BitLocker, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and prioritization
  • Customer-first attitude with focus on service excellence
