UI/UX Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with strong background in designing intuitive applications and platforms in the financial industry to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user interfaces for our financial applications, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to define user requirements and design goals.
- Design and implement user interfaces for financial data platforms, including dashboards, data visualization screens, transaction flows, and account management interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction and task efficiency.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to UX best practices across all screens and components of the finance platforms.
- Work closely with development teams to implement designs and provide guidance on front-end development best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design and finance to continuously improve our products and processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and implementation, with a focus on financial applications or platforms.
- Experience in designing end-user systems for ML / NLP data pipelines
- Hands-on experience in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Business understanding of the financial and legal data sector.
- Experience in designing data-centric dashboards and workflows.
- Excellent ability to create wire frames and clickable demos.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interactive design patterns.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in UI/UX design for finance platforms or similar complex applications.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field.
